# How NodeK Works

This section explains the two available options for maximizing rewards— Auto Linking Off and Auto Linking On—and how they impact your earnings strategy within the platform.

## Auto Linking Option

NodeK offers two options for maximizing rewards: Auto Linking Off and Auto Linking On.

NodeK offers users flexibility with its Auto Linking options, allowing you to choose between regular withdrawals or optimized through auto linking. Each option caters to different preferences and goals in maximizing your staking rewards.

* **Auto Linking Off:**
  * This option provides regular rewards that you can withdraw directly. It’s suitable for users who prefer to access their rewards without delay.
* **Auto Linking On:**
  * This option keeps your rewards into the staked tokens, enhancing your rewards over time through the power of auto linking. Note that you cannot withdraw your rewards directly in this mode.

### Auto Linking Off

* **Receiving Regular Rewards:**
  * When Auto Linking is off, you receive regular rewards that can be withdrawn directly to your wallet.

### Auto Linking On

* **Linking Rewards:**
  * When Auto Linking is on, your rewards are summed into the staked tokens. This procedure increases your staked tokens, thereby potentially increasing future rewards. However, rewards cannot be withdrawn directly when linking is enabled.
